Refund & Return Policy

Our commitment. If your order can't be delivered, arrives outside the delivery window announced at checkout, or arrives defective or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund of the order value. Email us at info@v1becore.com and we'll make it right.

30-day returns. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. To start a return, email info@v1becore.com with your order number.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We'll confirm the refund amount and timing by email before processing.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is covered by the customer. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it — send us a photo and your order number.

Non-deliverable orders. If a carrier returns an order to our warehouse or marks it undeliverable, contact us: we re-ship or refund in full, your choice.
