When will my order ship?

Every V1BECORE piece is made to order. Your item goes into production as soon as you check out, and ships within 10 to 15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, France, the European Union and most international destinations. Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

How do V1BECORE sizes fit?

Our tracksuits have a relaxed, oversized streetwear fit. If you're between sizes or want a closer fit, size down. Check the Size Guide for exact measurements in centimeters.

How should I wash my V1BECORE pieces?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the embroidered logo.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Because each piece is made to order, we don't hold exchange stock, but we'll always find a solution. Start a return by emailing info@v1becore.com with your order number.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Made-to-order production means tracking can take up to 15 business days to appear — this is normal. If it's been longer, email info@v1becore.com.
